STEAMER BLOWN UP
FIVE PEOPLE PERISH ONE PASSENGER MISSING (United Proas Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright) COLOMBO, 6th January. Four persons, including the captain 'and the wireless operator, perished by the blowing up of the Norwegian vessel Tricolour forty miles south of Colombo Eleven passengers out of twelve were rescued by the liners Naldera and Portlios. CARGO OF EXPLOSIVES (Received 7th January, 10.45 a.m.) COLOMBO,' 6th January. The Tricolour carried a cargo of explosive^ Five are now dead. The survivors were taken by the Porthos to Singapore.
