OBITUARY
SIR CHARLES ROYDS 'United Fresg Association—By Elentrio Telegraph— Copy right < LONDON, sth January. The death is announced of ,Sir Charles Royds, a member of Scott’s first Antarctic expedition, after whom Cape Royds was named. He was attending a rehearsal of a charity ball at the Savoy Hotel, when he was seized with a heart attack. He died on the way to hospital.
