FATAL FALL
friendly wrestling bout

PALMERSTON N., 3rd January. The death occurred in the hospital this morning of a Maori named George McDonald, aged 28 years, following injuries received in a friendly wrestling bout. The deceased is reported to have fallen heavily on his back and succumbed to spinal injuries.
