The murdered woman’s husband, Victor McCaskell, aged 28 years, is now dead, making the fourth .victim. When he learned that the police had help up the funeral of Mrs McCaskell and his daughter the husband was 14 miles away awaiting the cortege. He suddenely motored back to his farm at high speed pursued by a policeman. McCaskell drove right through a wire fence, halted near a haystack, placed gelignite in his mouth and blew his head and a portion of his body to atoms. The policeman arrived just in time to witness the horrible deed.
