OTTAWA, 31st December. Negotiations between Mr Moloney and the Dominion Cabinet regarding the new trade agreement between Canada and Australia are now completed. Mr Moloney and party left for home. In a brief statement Sir George Perley, on behalf of the Canadian Government, said: “We had a most cordial discussion with our Australian friends, and both sides are hopeful that satisfactory results will follow, and that we will be able to arrange an agreement beneficial to both countries.”
