PEARSON CASE
POISON FOUND IN EXHUMED BODY

SYDNEY, 6th August. In regard to the Pearson case, the Police Prosecutor disclosed that traces of poison had been found in the body of Sirs Marion Pearson, which was exhumed after it had been buried six years. The husband, Walter Pearson, aged 55, was remanded on a charge of having murdered his former wife.
A DRAMATIC DEVELOPMENT (Received 7th August, 9.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, Tliis Day. There was a dramatic development yesterday in the case in which Walter Pearson is charged with murder and attempted murder. Mrs Pearson left the hospital against the advice of the hospital authorities,, both her arms being still partially paralysed. "I am going to find out what is going on, I am not a prisoner," she declared.
