FOUR PEOPLE DROWNED AT BOMBAY

(Received 6th August, 9.20 a.m.) DELHI, sth August. Three men and a woman were drowned while bathing at Juhu, a Bombay seaside resort. All the victims were prominent Parsees. The men lost their 'lives in an heroic attempt to save the woman, who was overwhelmed in a wave fifty feet from the shore. Her husband went to lier rescue in response to screams, and reached his wife, but both were carried away, and tho others were submerged while trying to regain lhe shore. When the mother of one of the vic-tims-appeared she attempted to commit suicide by drowning.
