CLOSER SETTLEMENT
MARLBOROUGH ESTATES (By Telegraph—Press Association) BLENHEIM, This Day. , The Bankhouse and Marchbum es<ates, which adjoin the confluence of tho Waihopai and Wa.iratt rivers about ten miles from Blenheim, have been offered to the Government for closer settlement. The Delta estate also adjoins the properties referred to, and is available for closer settlement. The three, properties subdivided would afford an opportunity for a closer settlement scheme on a fairly large scale.
