.-,. LONDON, ,3rd August, The cotton spinners "have initiated amovement to secure a general reduction in finishing charges. They will approach the bleaching, dyeing, printing, and packing sides of the industry for this purpbse. The new turn of affairs meets the complaint of operatives who object to a reduction of wages being regarded as the sole meansi of lowering costs of production.
