RESUMPTION OF RELATIONS NEGOTIATIONS OPENED (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 29th July. The Foreign Secretary, Mr Henderson, received the Soviet Ambassador at Paris, M. Dovgalewski, at the Foreign Office this afternoon. Tho conversation lasted an hour and a half. The present relationship between the two countries formed the subject of a friendly exchange of opinion. Mr Henderson and M. Dovgalewski explained, the points of view, of their two Governments.. The Ambassador intimated to Mr Henderson that he would, report to his Government, and hoped to be-in a position to.resume the conversation to-morrow or Wednesday.
