SERIOUS CHARGE
(By Telegraph—Press Association) AUCKLAND, This Day. A widow, named Adeline Pyle was arrested on a charge that on 27th Juno she unlawfully used an instrument on Amelia Gertrude Pipe, thereby causing the death of the said Amelia Pipe. Accused appeared before. Mr Hunt, S.M.. and was remanded till sth August in bail of ;£SCO. Miss Pipe was 23 years of age, and had been housekeeping for her father at Wailii. She was admitted to hospital there on 18th Jure and died last Friday morning. /
