(By Telegraph—Press Association) HAMILTON, This Day. The Minister of Justice, the Hon. T. M. Wilford, yesterday telegraphed the Rev. 11. E. Jones, vicar of Frankton: “Are you prepared to take charge of William Morrison? If so, he will be released immediately.”.- Morrison is a voting Scotsman who was sentenced at Hamilton twelve days ago to a month's imprisonment for begging. Considerable local agitation arose, and a question was asked in Parliament. Mr Jones replied to (be Minister agreeing to take charge of Morrison.
