Some fifteen years agt? an old gentleman living in Hampstead, in looking oyer some books in his library, found his old schoolboy stamp collection, and placed it on one side with the intention .of handing it to his grandson. A friend chanced to call that evening who had some knowledge of philately, and he advised the owner to have the stamps examined by an expert.
