AN OLD BILLHEAD Now that amateur theatricals ;u'o in (.lie air it is interesting to rqpali that the first- appearance of a dramatic society, amateur or otherwise m Nelson, was as early as 1847, when the pioneer settlement had been in existence only a few years. A copy of the plav-bill for that memorable production is now in the • possession of Dr. F. A. Belt.
