An official report from Khabaryosk •- states that 16 White Russians were shot- • for crossing the border from Manchuria'. All the sixteen executed were former - officers under Kilchaksemenov and other white generals. Official reports state that during- the past six weeks there have been a series' 1 of executions on the Alanchurian border by armed men who with the connivance of the Chinese Government had planned to destroy Soviet bridges and/ ammunition depots.
