ROYAL COMMISSION TO BE APPOINTED (Australian Press Association.—United Service) (Received 26th July, 1 p.m.) LONDON. 25th duly. Mr dynes in the House of Commons announced that a Royal Commission is being appointed to enquire into the liquor licensing system m England, Wales and Scotland.
