DECREASE AND INCREASE (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, 25th July. The Post Office quarterly returns published in ‘'The Gazette” to-night show tlia-t the total postal revenue for the second quarter ending 39th June. 1929, was £386,084 as against C 401.031 for the corresponding period the previous year. The total telegraphic revenue for the same quarter this year was £550.139 compared with £525,522 for the same period 1923
