On the motion of Councillor Rage, seconded hy Councillor Gibbs, the following resolution was passed: That where a building has been condemned as unsafe hut permission has been granted to continue in occupation of tlm ground Itonr after demolition of the top Hour then no structural alteration of such ground floor lie permitted other than that necessary to make the building safe for occupation. The Council wont into open meeting again and the resolution was confirmed.
