TROUBLE IN CHRISTCHURCH (By Telegraph—Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Recent changes in. the personnel of administrative heads of the Boy Scout movement in Christchurch have caused great dissatisfaction among scoutmasters. Three district scoutmasters have been relieved of their commissions. r JV night a special meeting of the Scolders' Association organisation, to> which all scoutmasters belong, will be held to consider whether or not all should rcsigr:. It is understood that for some time there has not' been a spirit of co-operation between the district officials and the Dominion secretary.
