Theodore Melville' Jennens, land and estate agent, charged with fraudulently converting to his own use £SO received from Nancy Harcourt in his capacity as a land agent, came before Mr McNeil, S.M., to-day. After evidence was given he pleaded not guilty* and was committed for trial, bail being allowed, accused to report daily to the police. ,
