Herr Mueller, the German Chancellor, was suddenly taken ill with inflammation of the bladder, requiring an operation, which passed' off satisfactorily, but the patient's condition is serious. BERLIN, 22nd July. Jfjoal' peritonitis .supervened on a gallstone operation, and Chancellor Mueller's, condition is serious.
