The German cruiser Emden arrived at 9 o’clock this morning and will sail for Honolulu on 29th July. The captain paid an official call on the Governor, who returned the call. Consular representatives of the United States, France, Norway, Sweden, Italy. Denmark and Belgium called this morning, the calls being returned this afternoon. There will he a rifle match on Sunday and the band will play in the town on Sunday night.
