WAIMEA COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waimea County Council, held at the Office of the Waimea County Council in the City of Nelson, on the 4th day of July, 1929, the following resolution was passed:— "That in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 152 of 'The Counties Act, 1920,' the Waimea County Council resolves by way of Special Order, that the. following lands and the buildings thereon belonging to the Council be sold:— "Part Section 83, Block VII., Waimea Survey District, containing 19 perches, more or less." And Notice is hereby also given that the foregoing resolution will be submitted at an Ordinary Meeting of the Waimea County Council to be held at the Office of the Waimea County Council, Trafalgar street, Nelson, on* THURSDAY, the Bth clay of August, 1929, for confirmation as a Special Order.
