She has eleven persons aboard including live Russian journalists. 'The machine is an all-metal monoplane constructed at Moscow, witli three Gnoner-Honotitiun engines of 2.‘JO horse power each. The police took extensive precautions to maintain order, but only the smallest crowd witnessed tho arrival.
