POULTRY SHOW
OPENS AT DRILL HALL TO=MOR= ROW GOOD ENTRIES Hie Nelson Poultry Association's annual show will open at the Drill Hall to-morrow afternoon. Good entries have been received and there will be a fine allround exhibition embracing most seclinns of the “fancy.” Amongst the poultry a leading feature will be old English Game, but many of the utility and fancy breeds will be strongly represented such as Orpingtons, Leghorns, Plymouth Rocks, and Hamburghs. The popularity of bantams continues, both game and fancy, .and there are particularly large entries of those. l'ancy pigeons, always popular with the public, will be well represented. This year's show will be open for two days only, instead of three as has been the custom formerly. An art union is being held in connection with the show.
