INSPECTION OF CHIMNEYS
NELSON DISTRICT Representatives of the insurance companies are at present in Nelson with the object of inspecting chimneys to ascertain the extent of damage caused by the recent earthquake. The business portion of the city has been inspected and the work is now being extended to the residential area. It is to be hoped that householders, realising that the inspections are for the benefit of all. will therefore assist in facilitating the work of the inspectors.
