REGENT THEATRE The final screenings to-night are announced for Princess "Mary's favourite melodrama "The Luck of the Navy," and Buster Keaton's biggest laugh riot' "Spite Marriage." "The Luck of the Navy" is a big British screen testimony to the silent service, and can aptly be described as a story of British luck and British pluck. "Spite Marriage," Buster Keaton's "mirth-quake," is a comedy and a romance combined. The plan for to-night is at the Regent Confectionery. "THE CLOUD DODGER." AND "ADVENTURE MAD" Two extra special attractions at the Regent arc announced for Wednesday, when a rushing romance of the air, "The Cloud Dodger," and an intriguing story of adventure in Italy and Egypt entitled "Adventure Mad," with Lillian Hall-Davis in the stellar role, will bo screened. Al Wilson, the youth aviator who literally "flew" to the top as a trick and stunt' flyer before the camera, wrote his own version of an airplane picture and in "The Cloud Dodger," (he Universal Western aerial melodrama patrons see the death-defying escapades that prompted the actor-writer to pen the story. Wilson has flown across the continent twice and also has the distinction of being the first aviator to make a commercial flight from Los Angeles to San Francisco. He has transferred from one 'plane to another in mid-air and from motor-cycles, automobiles and horses from the ground. He is supported by a well chosen cast in "The Cloud Dodger." Bruce Mitchell, the master of airplane technique, directed the picture. In "Adventure Mad" oife sees the hero to-day lying. la7.y in the warm Italian sun—to-morrow flying to the end of the earth on a seemingly wild goose chase and false clues invented by a gang of criminals which lead him into unknown dangers that nearly cost him his life. MAJESTIC: DOUBLE PROGRAMME In his newest Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer starring vehicle, "A Certain Young Man," which will be shown at the Majestic Theatre to-night for the last time, Ramon Navarro, the star of "Ben Hur," "The Boad to Romance," "The Student Prince," and "Across to Singapore," appears with a moustache and monocle, attired in the very ho.ight of London fashion. But after he meets; the right girl he discards his former life iu its entirety. A real love story develops, as charmingly romantic as any he lias ever appeared in, and nil done in an ultra-modern vein. Navarro in a ' modern dress suit proves even more romantic than in famous costume pictures. Marcoline. Day, Renee Adoree and Carmel Myers play opposite Novarro in this great romance. TJic supporting feature "The Great Well" is a stirring tale of Africa, and the oil fields. Scena Owen has the stellar role supported by ;i big cast of stars. "The Tempest," John Barrymore's latest production commences its two day season at tomorrow's Majestic matinee. It is a surging, romance of Red Russia, full of exciting situations. Camella Horn, the beautiful German actress, plays opposite Barrymoce. Plans are now open.
