Chinese seizure of the Chinese eastern railway is nearing completion. Eight hundred Soviet officials and eni-, ployees have been dismissed since yesterday,and reorganisation of various phases of railway' administration is proceeding. Soviet officials are still silent regarding the incident, t Doctor Wang, Nationalist Foreign Secretary, consistently avoids interviews.
