CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. At a meeting of the New Zealand Highland Pipe Bands Association, the chairman said that in connection with tiro brass bands contest to be held at Dunedin next February, it was pmposed to hold a pipe hands contest on similar lines, to be held in Christchurch. The contest was being arranged by the South Island Brass Bands’ Association.
