'The Financial Times’ states that it is understood the New Zealand loan will be. issued at 95, redeemable in 20 years. The, paper comments, that the offer might have been matte at a more opportune motponi, blit Hie stock is lull trustee security and New Zealand goner!?! Iv manages to obtain a high price for Iter loans owing to tier excellent credit.
The New Zealand Iran of £7,000,000 at 4.1 at 94 J, will be underwritten on Friday.

In addition to the New Zealand loan of £7,000,000, the rate of which has not. been fixed, loans to New South Wales of £6,500.000 and to West Australia. of £2,000,000 are impending, but will probably ho delayed for some weeks owing to tlio market conditions.
