STILL TWO MEN SHORT. Nelson's quota for the Twenty-first Reinforcements is still two men short. The response, however, is by no means unsatisfactory, for after supplying the full quota for the Twentieth Reinforcements, 18 additional men were sent to make up shortages elsewhere, and six extra artillerymen sent to increase the draft.
