FURTHER RECRUITING EFFORT. Australian and N.Z On-Vilp Association 1 OTTAWA, Sept. 26. The Dominion Government has appointed a board to stimulate enlistments. The total enlistments to date number 375,000, of the half-million wanted. Canada's twenty million war loan was over-subscribed 'by nearly fourteen million. The banks subscribed ten million, the remainder being represented by private funds in small amounts.
