The New York Times Berlin correspondent cables /that leading editors are assailing the censors, demanding the right to express opinions on the conduct of the war. They oite England's example and contend that suppression of free discussion is inimical to Germany's interests. ' RESTRICTIONS BECOMING WORSE. (Rec. Sept. 27, I.S p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Sept. 36. The German Press Conference passed a resolution that the censorship restrictions are 'becoming- worse, and' demanding uniformity .
