I— GREATER FRENCH EFFORTS. WINTER OUTPUT TO BE INTENSIFIED. (Published in The Times.) (Rec. Sept. 26, 9.50 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 25. M. Thomas, Munitions Minister, states that necessary measures have been taken to still further increase the output of munitions. He says:—"We must intensify the winter output. My scheme is gigantic. Three hundred thousand women have already responded. Mountains of shells will'arise at Pierre'and .Dupey.
