Each Debenture -will be for the sum of One Hundred' pounds repayable at the expiration, of thirty years from the date of issue thereof, bearing interest at tne rate of E've pounds iper Centura fter annum payable half yearly. The security offered for the JjQa.ii is a "Special Rate of One half-penny in the piound on the -annual value of all rateable property in the City-of Nelson.
