Greece's demands on Germany are not regarded in ■well-informed circles as a- serious step. It is considered they are a mere protest to calm public excitement. THE SURRENDERED KAVALA TROOPS. GERMANY'S REPLY. (Rec. Sept. 25, 9.2 5a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Sept. 24. Germany replying to Greece, states she is willing to repatriate the Kavala troops under the guarantee that they shall not be punished for neutrality or exiled by the Entente.
