HEAVY ENEMY LOSSES
DESTRUCTIVE RUSSIAN ARTILLERY. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Rec. Sept. 25, 1.45 p.m.) BUCHAREST, Sept. 24. Reports state that the enemy losses in the Dobrudja are one-fourth of their effectives. The Russian artillery is colossally destructive. No prisoners were taken. An attempt of submarines to come out of the Bosphorus was frustrated.
