LIQUOR RESTRICTIONS IN SCOTLAND
DECREASED CONSUIVIWTON AND DRUNKENNESS. (Reuter's Telegrams.) LONDON, Sept. 22. _ Lord Dalbernon, presiding at the Liquor Board at Glasgow, stated' t«hat the restrictions had resulted,in a> decreased consumption in Scotland, especially of spirits ,and drunkenness had considerably decreased.
