HEAVY RAIN IN VICTORIA
(Press Association.— Copyright.) MELBOURNE, Sept. 24. Incessant rain has fallen for two days and continues. Some low-lying suburbs are flooded, and the residents at several houses had to he rescued by boats. Heavy floods are reported in some of the countrv districts. The rain was crreatly wanted, and will do immense good.
