Mr Braun, telegraphing" from Roumanian headquarters on the 20th, states that the 'Roumanians are beating off fierce Austro-G-erman attacks in Transylvania. LONDON, Sept. 21. A Vienna communique says:—"The enemy in the Carpathians continue to attack "with great tenacity, and gained local advantages southward of the Lutzina and the Bystritza. They were repulsed everywhere else."
