Wise died from heart failure while talking to his wife last night. (Rec. Sept, 21, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 20.. Mr Wise had Just returned from & two days' visit to the Australian camp, and was apparently in his iisual health. . (The Hon. Bernhard' R. Wise was the Agent-General for New South 'Wales. He was the second son of Mr Justice Wise, of Sydney. In two New South Wales Ministries he was Attorney-General, and I he succeeded Sir T. A. Co<rhlan in Lohj don as Agent-General for that State.)
