The Bishop of London, in an outspoken address in the open air at Piccadilly, denounced those male hawks for which shooting was too good, who nightly lay in w-ait to stain the chivalry of the soldier boys. He also denounced the music hall promenades and the producers of slimy places which the soldiers did not want-.
