France. — • Letters and packets for the forces on active service in France are sent alternately via San Francisco and Vancouver, and- parcels and newspapers for the sama forces by direct steamer to London. Egypt. — All classes of mail matter for units on service in. Egypt are sent -weekly by steamer leaving Wellington for Sydney. The outward despatch from Sydney to Egypt is fortnightly.
