A wireless despatch, from Berlin printed in the New York World says thatlarge American importing, houses, having contracts take German manufactured goods, have "been served with .notices that the Germans intend filing a suit to enforce fulfilment. The Germans say that the contracts must ibe fulfilled, despite the blockade. Tt is stated that one New York firm has German goods worth 500,000 dollars lying at Rotterdam..
