THE RESERVE consists of men not less than 20 and under 46 years of age. THE RESERVE REGISTER is based on the National Register. WHAT MEN MUST DO : Men already registered—(l.) Must notify any change of address. (2.) Must apply on form provided for certificate of enrolment. Men not enrolled—(l.) Must fiLl in an enrolment-card.
