FROZEN SWEETBREADS.
1 FRESH REGULATIONS IN LONDON. (Pesss Association. — Cor-mioKT., LONDON, Saturday. The Frozen Meat Trade Association states that tho Local Government Board will shortly issue fresh regulations in respect of kidneys. sweetb.ead, and other offal. Meanwhile present style of packing is to be continued. When the regulations are issued, a fortnight's grace will be given to colonial shippers in which to ship existing stocks. The Association suggests that stocks of the present style be kept low, pending the regulations.
