On the Nelson green a "feathers" match was played, and the holders scores were: Cullen, Clayden, Mansford, Sharp (s), 19.— Swiney, Coster, Allen, Sharp (s), 13. A rink of Stoke residents played a town combination, and tho latter — Town: G. A. MacUay, Stiles, Harkness, Crawford (s), 31.— Stoke: Wilmot, Buttle, Jacka, Butherford (s), 11. The afternoon tea was provided by Mrs Angus. The following are the results of tho matches played last week on the Maitai green : — Senior championship : Tunnicliffe beat J. Richards ; Calder beat Milner ; G. M. Simpson beat Milner; Tunnicliffe beat C. J. McEachen ; Tunnicliffs beat G. M. Simpson; J. hichards beat Shone; Hockey beat Armstrong. Junior championship : Whelan beat Stephen.-; Chappel beat Whelan. "Simpson Horn trophy" : Thorn beat Milner ; Bartlett beat J. Richards ; Thorn beat Stephens ; Bartlett beat G. Dee. "Brown and Kerr Buckles": Robson, Stephens, Lamb (sub), E. Richards (s), 19; Reynolds, A. Richards, J. McEachen, Whiting (s), 15. T. Harford, W. Liddle, Armstrong, G.
