[Pbess Association. — Cobsbioht.] ADELAIDE, Thursday. A sudden gale demolished the scaffolding on a building, at Norwood, and two men were precipitated 'to the ground, one. Cotton, was killed instantaneously. His mate had a marvellous escape. Three passers-by were buried in the debris, two boys being. seriously injured.
