AN INQUIRY DEMANDED. [Press Association.— CorißiOET.j NEW YORK, Wednesday. Mr H. T. Karney is moving in the House of Representatives for an inquiry into the circumstances of the purchase of the Panama Canal. He charged Mr Taft's brother and others with being parlies to a railroad proposal to be adopted by the Panama Assembly, involving timber and land frauds.
