It is deemed most fitting that a Statue being erected in the Queen e Gardens, opposite the South African Memorial he himself unveiled, and under the shadow \ot which he made bis last patriotic speeci ja Nolson, would remind the stranger, and coming generations alike, of one so universally esteemed for his many qualities when amonp us.
